The full red carpet experience

I don't even know where to begin with this blog because I still don't think the weekend has fully sunk in!

This year was extra special because Vixen Models Management was one of the event sponsors, which honestly felt like such a pinch-me moment. To see our little agency supporting one of the biggest nights in the industry made me incredibly proud.

A group of us travelled down together and stayed in the most gorgeous Airbnb, complete with a swimming pool (and air con, which was a blessing in the middle of the heatwave!). It gave us the chance to properly relax, get ready together, have a laugh and spend quality time with each other before the awards.

One of the strangest things about running an online agency is that we spend so much time talking through Discord, WhatsApp and video calls that it's easy to forget we've never actually met some of our models in person! Seeing everyone together, all dressed up and looking absolutely stunning, genuinely made me emotional. Watching friendships that started online come to life in person was such a lovely moment.

Walking into the venue and seeing Vixens everywhere was something I'll never forget.

As sponsors our name was everywhere!

Seeing our logo on the giant screens, around the venue and on the red carpet made me realise just how far we've come. A few years ago, Vixen Models Management was just an idea in my head. To now be sponsoring an awards ceremony and seeing our name displayed alongside so many incredible businesses was honestly surreal.

To top it all off, Vixen Models Management was announced as one of the Top 3 agencies!

Although we didn't take home the award, I couldn't be prouder. Being recognised is a huge achievement, especially when I know how much love, time and support goes into helping our models every single day. Thank you to everyone who voted for us. We genuinely wouldn't be where we are today without the support we've received from people both inside and outside of the agency.

The biggest surprise of the evening for me personally was winning Best Glamour Model.

I genuinely wasn't expecting it at all!

Hearing my name called was one of those moments where everything goes into slow motion. I'm so grateful to everyone who voted and supported me. Winning that award means more than I can put into words.

What made it even more special was hearing some of our own Vixens saying they'd love to enter the awards next year too. Seeing our models feel inspired and believe they could be standing on that stage one day is exactly why I love building this community. I already can't wait to cheer them on.

Another highlight was getting the chance to meet so many friendly faces from across the industry.

When you work from home all day, every day, networking opportunities like this are incredibly valuable. We chatted to performers, businesses, photographers and people we've followed online for years. It reminded me that although we all work independently, we're part of such a supportive industry filled with genuinely lovely people.

And because one celebration clearly wasn't enough...

We finished the night in a strip club!

It was the perfect way to end such an amazing day. Lots of laughs, dancing, celebrating and making memories with people who completely understand this crazy industry we're all part of.

The whole weekend reminded me why I created Vixen Models Management in the first place. Yes, we help models earn money, but we're also building friendships, confidence, opportunities and a community where nobody has to feel like they're doing this alone.

We're already talking about our next Vixens meet-up, and after a weekend like this, I honestly can't wait.
